Hurray!!! It sounds like it was a great day (how could it not be?). Sorry again I couldn’t make it, but I’m so glad it all turned out so perfectly. I’m so happy for the three of you, such a perfect little family!
Also, I am loving Jack’s loose tie and sweet little slacks. What a cutie.

I’m so happy for you guys! What a neat experience to have your little guy in the temple with you. I remember getting sealed to my family and there’s really nothing like seeing your whole family together in the temple, kids and all! Anyway, I love all those darling pictures and I have to know – where did you get Jack’s tie?!

Nevermind, I just saw the link to the ties…I’ll have to get one of those. 🙂

What a beautiful post. Jim and I are so excited for you and the blessing of your beautiful baby Jack. Adoption is awesome and so are temple sealings.

Flashback Friday

Jack has this thing about going to sleep with a blanket over his eyes.  And I know with what most mothers eventually come to, you go with what ever works.  🙂 But that’s not what I wanted to mention here. This quilt  I made years, and years ago out of old pants my mom had…

Love those pants!! I can’t wait to see what our kids make fun of us putting them in! Love all the new posts…I haven’t checked in for a while! So happy that your adoption is final. Best of luck tomorrow….I’ll be thinking of you!

Is this the desert?

Being frequent Southern Utah dwellers, we didn’t want to let a new baby slow us down this summer.  Well, maybe just a little bit. Even though Jack won’t remember any of it, we sure had fun taking him to some of our favorite hiking spots.  I think in his own way he had a great…

Flashback Friday

I just love this photo of my older siblings.  It’s before me and my other sister were born, taken about 1971 at the construction site of our home.  The picture says so much to me.  I see my four brothers, and I see them as kids, yet I can see their adult faces too.   And…
