Oh, it feels so good to get some more flower photos done.  I hate not having enough time for my photos. All new in my shop. Also found an interesting article on Why Does Custom Photography Cost More?

I think it runs in my family, because I see it in my brothers and sisters at times, with things that are near and dear to our hearts, we tend to keep them there.  But I know many are anxious to read about our temple day, so I’ll share a little bit here. I guess…

  • Hurray!!! It sounds like it was a great day (how could it not be?). Sorry again I couldn’t make it, but I’m so glad it all turned out so perfectly. I’m so happy for the three of you, such a perfect little family!
Also, I am loving Jack’s loose tie and sweet little slacks. What a cutie.

  • I can’t help but cry when I read this post and see your darling pictures. I understand what it means to have your family as you’ve wanted it for so long. I’m so glad that you get the opportunity that so many take for granted. Congratulations on your special day! Jack is adorable!

I’m so happy for you guys! What a neat experience to have your little guy in the temple with you. I remember getting sealed to my family and there’s really nothing like seeing your whole family together in the temple, kids and all! Anyway, I love all those darling pictures and I have to know – where did you get Jack’s tie?!

  • Heather Keele

Nevermind, I just saw the link to the ties…I’ll have to get one of those. 🙂

Getting teary. Sure love you and your beautiful family! (Yesterday was fun! Let’s keep it up:)

  • What a beautiful post. Jim and I are so excited for you and the blessing of your beautiful baby Jack. Adoption is awesome and so are temple sealings.

Jack has this thing about going to sleep with a blanket over his eyes.  And I know with what most mothers eventually come to, you go with what ever works.  🙂 But that’s not what I wanted to mention here. This quilt  I made years, and years ago out of old pants my mom had…

  • Love those pants!! I can’t wait to see what our kids make fun of us putting them in! Love all the new posts…I haven’t checked in for a while! So happy that your adoption is final. Best of luck tomorrow….I’ll be thinking of you!

Back in early June, we went up to Idaho to see Perry compete in the Viking Man-  half the distance of the Iron Man, which is crazy enough.  Due to cold temperatures and 25mph wind, Perry finished it just under 7 hours. I’m so proud of him for completing something so hard. I’m pretty sure…
