“You have been warned.” Love it!

  • saren

That’s hilarious! Wish I could do that look!

  • Bridget

Bwahahahahahaha! I am seriously laughing so hard. 😀 He is just too darned cute to pull of being mad.

That picture is definitely my new “wallpaper”. No matter how bad of a mood I’m in, one glance at that photo makes me laugh and brightens my day!

Like others, 2009 has been one of the hardest years for our little family, and it’s only a month old.  Unemployment.  Recession.  Banks- they’ve all effected us and our plans for the future.  I feel like the chapters of my life, yet to be played out, are being ripped out and thrown away.  I can’t…

All I can say is a wholehearted, AMEN! This year hasn’t been pretty so far, but maybe we’re just getting it all the unpleasantness out of the way now so that the rest of the year can be great!

  • Lauri, you don’t need me! Not a drop. I appreciate your honesty but more, I appreciate your hope.

  • saren

Life is definitley tough, but like you, I have learned it’s a bit softer when you look at it through eyes of gratitude.:)

Little feet.  I miss you.  How fast you have changed from little baby monkey toes into something of a size 5.Little feet, you’re now toddling around the house, getting braver with more steps on your own.Little feet, what a year you have ahead of you.

Today we celebrate Jack!

Life with this little one has been absolutely  wonderful. Today I am filled with so much gratitude for him.   Thank heaven we kept Perry ‘s old laptop which is now Jack’s laptop and he can pound away at will.  Soon he’ll be launching his own I-Tunes playlist. This is Jack’s house, in case anyone wondered. …

He is such a sweetie. I love the picture of the boys with their computers. I often wonder how a 1 year old can trash my house so quickly…

Just wanted to let you know I’m thinking about you guys. Jack is so adorable. Yes, most days I wonder why I bother cleaning…

An end to a short beginning.

Rejection is hard, and quite common with adoption.  And we have experienced our first.  The birth mom previously  mentioned is keeping the baby after all, and I hope this time it’s a closed ride, because this roller coaster isn’t very fun. Thanks for all your well wishes and congrats. We’ll save them for another day.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? My heart is broken for you, Perry and me too! I felt like it was meant to be and I was so excited to bind our two families together. I feel responsible for inflicting pain on you. 🙁 I’m so sorry it didn’t work out. We love you so much. You all remain in our prayers! I know it will happen again and what a beautiful day that will be!!! All my love, xoxo, Tiffany

  • I am so sorry to hear that things didn’t work out. this time. This is Tandy’s sister in law in case you were wondering. I can relate with all of the feelings you are going through right now. We had 3 adoptions not work out last minute before we got our daughter. Take your time processing your feelings. let no one tell you how to feel. Be angry the days you want to be angry. Be happy when you want to. Cry whenever you feel like it. And keep praying even when you don’t want to. I feel a little weird giving advice to a stranger but I hope it helps in some way. You are an AMAZING photographer, keep busy doing the things you love doing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
