1. Turning 35 is great. I love being 30 something.
2 The weather is cool in the morning, but no need for jackets during the day.
3. Being in Utah feeds my soul. I just loved my last trip last week.
4. Jack is starting to count. 1- 2- 3.
5. Picking a baby boy name is hard. I have a few ideas but haven’t been sold on any yet. His middle name will be Lamont, after my dad.
6. I’m getting the house ready for our new baby boy. Finding the newborn stuff. Filling the drawers.
7. Jack is about 35 lbs. Wearing any size between 2T and 3T.
8. He’s progressing to one nap a day finally. But sometimes still needs two.
9. We’re trying what we can to cut back and save. I’m coloring my own hair now. Perry is taking sack lunches to work. We just got rid of our storage unit bill. And hope to sell our lot.
10. We still don’t have TV. Maybe that adds to the reason that I don’t quite feel myself in Roswell. I miss watching SYTYCDance.
11. Jack’s favorite movies are Cars, Wall-E, Curious George, and Toy Story.
12. So happy for Chasse and Courtney.
13. I’m reading The Lord of The Rings again.
14. I’m reading my dad’s last book too.
15. I finally pulled out my grandma’s orange quilt she made me, back when I was a little little girl. I wanted maroon, but somehow got orange. Now I love it.
16. I have a few baby girl things to return. I know! I jinked myself.
17. Jack’s hair is curlier in Roswell than Utah.
18. He was afraid of his costume, so we didn’t dress up this year.
19. I have one photo session to edit. Two sessions scheduled for shoots.
20. I’m on the hunt for a double stroller, that isn’t too heavy.
21. Photo booths are fun.
22. Tomorrow is clean day, and boy does the place need it.
23. Jack can do a perfect somersault.
24. Still getting use to the garbage bin being behind the back yard and not the garage.
25. Haven’t caught the Swine Flu.
26. But have had a cough since September.
27. I love the color Yellow.
28. Jack loves nursery. When it’s time, we watch him find his nursery leader and they go hand in hand to class.
29. Had to call poison control this week. Jack found the 409, and I found him spraying himself, but he was okay.
30. I marvel at seeing my baby’s ultrasound. His spine, his face, his beating heart. I’m so thrilled Erica let me come to the appointment.
31. I’m so happy for Ashley Thalman and what May brings.
32. John Denver- A Songs Best Friend is next in my Netflix queue.
33. I’m already making plans for our trip to Utah in December.
34. I’ll be making name place cards for an Etsy client this week.
35. How grateful I am for my family. So grateful I could stay with my mom. Grateful I could be with Tanner at the Temple. Grateful for all who watched Jack for me. Glad I could spend time with Erica. Grateful for all Jack’s little boy cousins. So proud of my missionary nephews. And so grateful Saren went out with us on a cold evening and took pictures of our family as it is right now.
