I’m so happy that my Utah trip coincided with being able to get these family pictures done for some dear friends. I’ve known them since my college days, which now seems so long ago. I worked with their dad, and had lunch with their mom, back before any kids were in tow. Now we’re both building families of boys.
I found a quote the other day that I love.
It takes two boys to make one brother. Well this family has just welcomed their fourth brother.
Thank you! It was a pleasure spending the time with you.

Baby number 4 under the family portraits drawn by their talented dad.
What an awesome shoot! I’ve been wanting to meet up with Em for months as I know her mom and love her dancing. I wish I could have taken her out to some hill by the lake, but time didn’t allow it.
Here’s a sneak to what’s coming up. I’m a little busy with two shoots to edit from my Utah trip that both went excellent, and some fun photos of Jack of course. Plus there’s the unpacking, and laundry, and grocery shopping as we get back to normal life. Not having internet on vacation is good and bad. Now I have tons to catch up on. Oh, can’t my baby sleep for three hours? And someone else get some groceries for us.

I’m trying out the lighting on our back porch and I think it does pretty good. But I could do without the heat. We only lasted 15 minutes outside.

As former co-workers of mine, I was thrilled to do photos for them, and happy to finally see their little girl.
