I've been photographing at Bear Lake for many years now,

and these are the packages I offer.

My favorite thing to shoot, especially those that love to play at Bear Lake.  We can meet at the beach, up in the mountains or anywhere.  We can chat about all my ideas.

This package is for a single family only.  Scroll down for multi-family groups.

I specialize in multi-families of all sizes, and offer 4 packages, whether you want just a few group photos, or a package that has it all.

Packages are priced such that you get the digital files with permission to print and make as many copies as you need. I also do simple edits like head swapping to get everyone with eyes open and smiling the best I can.

What to wear for Multi-Family Groups

I know this is a big challenge with multi-family groups.  With 20+ people to coordinate, the task can be daunting.  Click on the link at the right to view my suggestions for multi-groups, as I've met over 100 groups over the past years here at Bear Lake.

Definitely give your family some guidelines. When a family says, "come as you are" it will look like a snap shot, and the photos won't have the level of polish that they could.

Tips for pictures on vacation

If you are like many, you are meeting your family this summer for a fun filled get-together.  And often, family members are coming from various states, and haven't been together in years.  That is the main reason I get asked to take pictures for families gathering at Bear Lake.  Their kids and grandkids are scattered.  Often family pictures are the highlight of the reunion for grandma and grandpa.  I've seen many grandparents in tears over the joy of seeing their posterity together.

This will be my 8th summer photographing multi-generational families at Bear Lake and I have a few ideas you may not have thought about as you prepare for pictures on your vacation. Click the image on the left to read more.

What if the weather turns bad

Summer at Bear Lake is full of families gathering for fun in the sun.  Family pictures are a great idea for reunions and I meet lots of families all summer long.  Most of the time we have great weather and all goes well.  But there is always a chance that winds or rain might join our scheduled time together.

So what do I do when the weather turns bad for our photo session?  Click the image on the right to read more.
